பாரிஸ் உடன்படிக்கைப்படிப் பூகோள சூடேற்ற உஷ்ண வரம்பு [2 டிகிரி C] எல்லையைத் தாண்டி விடலாம், என்று ஓர் பேராய்வு அறிக்கை கூறுகிறது. இந்த எதிர்பார்ப்பு வாய்ப்பு இப்போது 20% கணிப்பி லிருந்து, 40% ஆக உயர்ந்து விட்டது. ஆயினும் அந்த நிலைக்கு உஷ்ணம் ஏறி விடாது வரம்பு 1.5 C எல்லை கடக்காது கண்காணிப்பு புரிய வேண்டும் என்பது தற்போதைய உடன் படிக்கை. ஆனால் இப்போதைய கோர விளைவுகளைப் பார்த்தால் உச்ச வரம்பு 3 C ஆகி விடுமோ என்று ஓர் அச்சம் உண்டாகிறது.
